Very satisfied. The service attitude was excellent. The store is just 50 meters from the tram station, making it very convenient. Despite language barriers, the staff was very patient.

The process was a bit slow, but that's just typical of the French.

The store is right next to the station, easy to find, and open until 10 PM.

Everything else was great! I booked a Golf but they gave me a Renault Clio, which was nice! It felt great to drive! However, finding the return route in Rome was really tough. The garage is on the seventh floor of the parking lot with no signs at the entrance. I missed it and had to navigate a lot of one-way streets before finally finding my way back. So frustrating!
