Overall good, but the phone number on the contract was unreachable.

When renting cars from other places, they always give confirmation receipts. Here, there's none. Is it to force us into buying additional insurance? I clearly stated when picking up the car that I didn't need extra insurance, but still got charged for it after returning the car!

I was forced to buy additional insurance without my knowledge, and over 200 euros were charged to my credit card without reason. Awful service! I didn't even get the Volvo I booked.

The processing speed was rather slow, but the car condition was quite new. However, almost all of them are Peugeot vehicles.

The car broke down, and replacing it was mostly my own effort. Customer service was useless.
