A new non-refundable insurance amount of 300 was requested for the vehicle, informing them that I had chosen insurance when pre-booking. I was forced to take an alternative vehicle because the vehicle was not available in a very cheap car, and it had several collisions. the police caused me psychological harm. I was stopped to find out why the car was damaged.

We are very sorry to learn you had unhappy experience. Since the package you chose didn't include Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver, you would need to present your own insurance or purchase at the counter. Thank you for your understanding.

The car was a Honda jazz which isn’t really like a Volkswagen Golf to drive, it seemed much less good quality. The service on the desk was slow, rude and uninterested in customer service. The man then took over 45 minutes to collect the car as it had to be washed or wasn’t ready but we weren’t told, we were just left waiting in a car park for over 30 minutes
