Acceptable

I booked a Mercedes V-Class MPV well in advance and even confirmed it before travel. But when I arrived to pick it up, I was told the car I reserved was not available. They told me the Mercedes I booked was not unlimited mileage, even though my reservation clearly stated it was. They replaced it with a Kia MPV and claimed they couldn't reach me, but they had the wrong phone number. The worst part is, they gave me a lower spec car at the same rental price. A Mercedes and a Kia at the same price? At the time of booking, the Mercedes was at least twice as expensive. I think any rental company that can't provide the reserved car is a scammer. When I rented a V-Class from Hertz in Cairns, they gave me a high-spec model at the same price! I would not recommend choosing Europcar in the future!

The staff did not arrive at the rental location on time.

Everything was good about the booking .My car was upgraded to Mitsubishi Outlander , it was an excellent brand new car.

Everything was perfect and simple .

Europcar was great except for drop off as it was a little confusing where we could leave the car in the 6 storey car park.
