On return of the car I received a report telling me that the car has new damage but this was already pre existing damage. I have sent photos to them showing the original damage last week but have still not had a reply or any further contact.
When I arrived at the store, the car I had reserved was unavailable. They offered me two options: either pay an extra 500 euros to rent a sedan or add nearly 1000 euros for a larger BMW X5. Since my reservation pick-up time had passed, refunds were not allowed. Ultimately, I had to pay three times the original price to rent a car. The service attitude was terrible, the pick-up process was slow, and their stance was basically 'either pay more or forfeit the prepayment.' I've had over ten years of car rental experience across many countries, but this was my first time booking through Zuzuche, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.
