The Hertz at Zurich train station is really great. The service is excellent, and they don't aggressively sell insurance. They gave me a new car that was even bigger than the one I booked. The return inspection was quick and hassle-free.
The staff who helped us with the car pickup was super patient and enthusiastic. It was raining in Switzerland on the day we picked up the car, and this guy patiently stood in the rain with us to check the car. Excellent service.
Very satisfied. Even though our English is not good, they patiently used their phone to translate important points for us. Our credit card couldn't be used at the self-service gas station, and we were worried about returning the car late, so we returned it first. They informed us that their refueling service charges double and gave us a bit more time to refuel ourselves.
