I’m not sure if the experience is somehow related to my flight was delayed for more than 3 hours, I have no directions from the staff for the suggested gas station before I return the car. And there is no suggested route to drive to the drop off which is different from the experience that I rent can in Japan. I could not drive to the drop off location. Luckily, I drove to the same floor but on the other lane, the staff allow me to leave it to them. Thanks for the staff.
Would suggest to provide the diving route of the drop off location on a paper with suggested gas station.
