The location is important because there are many forks near the rental car area at Bangkok Airport, making it easy to take a wrong turn; follow the navigation. The contact number is for calling the staff 10 minutes in advance so they can meet you for the car return. However, when we called, no one answered, so we went straight to the counter at the site. The return process was very fast.

It was an amazing car rental experience. The staff at the ASAP store, especially the lady who assisted us, was incredibly nice, warm, and attentive. She made me feel the genuine hospitality of Thai people during my time in Koh Samui. The car pickup process was very fast, and after handing over the car, she even offered to help us load our luggage into the vehicle. However, since our luggage was too heavy, I politely declined and thanked her. On the return day, it was raining, and the same lady kindly drove us to a distant luggage drop-off point. We rented a brand-new car with less than 5000 kilometers on it, which made us very happy. The car was well-equipped, very clean, and in excellent condition.
