Will not use them again, they held the amounts on my card twice, Louis was full of attitude, they weren't very good at their own systems. Pick up location far off site, takes too long to get car. Bad experience.

I waited for more than one hour to get my car. Not only there is a long line, your staff members left their posts one by one. Thank made the waiting longer. No explanation as to why.
