The car's battery died on the last day, and roadside assistance took an hour. At such a critical moment with an international flight to catch, every minute mattered and we were at risk of missing the flight.
The rental office was extremely shabby, dirty, and unprofessional. There were only three to five old cars parked in front.
The staff had a very poor attitude. They were impatient and didn't provide the reserved car. Instead of apologizing, they mocked Chinese people, which led to bouts of laughter.
