Very satisfied! Every time I come to Thailand, I use QEEQ. The prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, and it makes the trip five times better.
Every thing are OK!
Except for the directions to the parking lot.
It wasn't like this the last time I used a Europcar.
They gave me printed information map.
Honestly speaking, be mindful when returning the car as they may try to charge you more. I was charged 3500 THB for a barely noticeable scratch, not even worth repairing. I recommend choosing other brands. It's a rip-off.
