The vehicle had some debris, the carpet was not clean, and the car body had numerous scratches, so a thorough inspection was necessary. The staff's attitude was average, and we had to wait for the shuttle. When I arrived, the staff let later arrivals board the shuttle first. Only after I argued with her did she let us take the shuttle to the car rental location.
The car was very new and in excellent condition. I will choose Hertz again next time.
