Firstly, on the day of car pickup, I contacted the company in the afternoon to ask if I could get the car earlier (I was at the airport then). The company said to follow the agreed time, OK. But around 5 PM, the company contacted me asking if I could pick up the car earlier because their late shift staff hadn't come. However, the rental fee already included service charges for beyond business hours.
Secondly, during the usage, the car had issues. When I contacted the store staff, they asked me to contact the repair personnel myself, and when I told them I couldn’t communicate in English (the store was Chinese-speaking), they replied: 'Contact them yourself; there’s nothing we can do.' I finally had to ask a local friend for help. There was no service throughout the whole rental process.
Suria staff were so helpful and communicated well. They dropped off the car at our Airbnb, and picked it up at the airport. When we were rushing and almost missed our flight due to Hari Raya traffic, one of the staff members came and met us at Departures. Overall, we were very impressed and happy with Suria.
They didn't give me expected car. They featured new model of Honda City or similar but instead they gave me older vios.
