The elderly German lady at the pickup counter had a terrible attitude. She was extremely impatient and even yelled when asked for details. The bill wasn't explained clearly; she just blurted out an amount and asked for card payment. The car provided was not the one I wanted. I requested a Mercedes-Benz C-Class but was given an Audi A3, which felt like a downgrade.
Did not give me the Audi I booked but instead gave me a Benz!!!! MOKKA. The staff in Munich were very cold, and they gave the wrong parking location, making me search in the basement for half an hour, only to later be told the car was in a parking garage on another block.
Very satisfied. The rental location and parking lot were very easy to find. However, an additional 19% tax was charged at pickup. The car had only 9 kilometers and still had the slight new car smell, reminding me of when I bought my own car. Returning the car was also easy to find, and the staff member was very friendly and even personally took us to the drop-off point.
Picked up the car in Germany. The process could have been faster; had to wait while the staff ran some errands.
