No price drop for he reservation, I'm confused how it works because sometimes it's cheaper but the price does not change, even as a Diamond client. But overall very easy to book!
Had trouble finding the car rental office initially, but they sent a car to pick me up. The Indian gentleman at the counter was very helpful and didn't try to upsell anything. They even drove me to the airport when I returned the car. Great service.
