Very satisfied, upgraded to a Mercedes A200. The rental staff were very enthusiastic, escorted me to the car for handover on-site, and kindly pointed out several parking locations for returns. I’ll rent from this company again if I get the chance.
The service was pretty good, but the British are very punctual. We arrived early at the car pickup point, but it was after hours and there was no one there. We almost thought we wouldn’t be able to get the car. Later, when the time came, we went back to check, and they opened the doors for us.
