Average, nothing particularly good about the service, but nothing too unpleasant either. The only issue was that the actual payment amount at the store was slightly higher than the amount shown on the booking page.
There were hardly any people when picking up the car. The process was quick and smooth. The car was in the nearby parking lot, the directions were clear, and it was easy to find.
