The booking was for a 2017 model vehicle, but the actual car provided was a 2013 model. The vehicle was old, with multiple malfunctioning buttons, and complaints were unresolved. The pickup location was Queenstown.
The entire process from start to finish was very smooth! Simple, efficient, and worry-free. I was happy to be able to complete most of the paperwork online before arriving, which saved time when picking up the car. The staff was friendly, and the rental experience was pleasant! The car was in great condition, clean, and had no issues! Definitely will book with Yes Rentals again in the future.
