It took few minutes to locate the company representative outside the arrivals area (a bigger sign would have helped), besides that everything was very good. Fast & effective service both in pickup & return.

Booking platform is easy to use. The overall process was good.
Everything was great, only I am waiting when my deposit will be released. Staff promised that usually it is released within 2 days, but toduy is already 3rd day.
Great staff,very helpful and no pressure selling of additional insurance - made a nice change! Car was fine and damage was fully identified prior to start of hire.
Nothing major just a number of dents which had no effect on its purpose. Would recommend.

Counter stuff very helpful and professional. Car was very good with only cosmetic scratches from previous usage - something which was noted straight away from the despatch lady who done the car paperwork with us.
