I am very satisfied. After comparing multiple companies, I chose EZU. The price and service both met my expectations. The car was in great condition and highly recommended.
Overall, very satisfied. The car was very new, the staff were very patient, and they answered all questions honestly! Also, both pick-up and drop-off were very efficient.
There is no service to speak of. The staff, who are Chinese, are clueless about everything. When the vehicle was damaged, they just wanted to collect money and knew nothing about after-sales service, shirking responsibility. It felt like dealing with an 80s state-owned enterprise, completely indifferent. After charging me 2000 NZD for car damage, they said they would provide an invoice and other evidence via email after the car was repaired. When I returned to my country, no one contacted me, which was almost a month and a half later. It was only resolved after I contacted the customer service of the car rental platform and provided evidence. This Chinese-owned car rental company headquartered in Christchurch has an appalling attitude, especially the female Chinese staff. I sincerely hope that all car rental customers avoid being fooled.
Overall very good, no unnecessary hassle, and they remind you of important things. If you have any issues, they respond promptly to phone calls.
