I booked a car with boot since i have few large bags, however i just received smaller car without boot. We were struggling to fit in all of our bags and really put us in cramp space. Need to placed some bags on car seat. Since i am travelling with small kids, i need to take risk of my kids safety. Since we have no option available and considering my kids were tired from long haul flight, i had no choice.
Initially, no one answered our calls. Later, we had to take a Grab from K2 to K1, where they said we were late and wanted to charge a waiting fee. When returning the car, we contacted them an hour in advance, and called again as we were approaching, fearing we'd miss our flight if there were any delays. The return process was fairly smooth.
1. The car pickup process is simple but requires understanding English communication,
2. Very thoughtful service, they provided a highway toll card when picking up the car.
3. The address is at the car park on the 1st floor opposite Terminal 1, easy to spot the sign.
4. Returning the car is even simpler; the staff just walked around the car to check and it was done.
5. From Terminal 2, there is a shuttle bus to take you there.
6. Remember to leave some extra time for check-in!
