Unhelpful staff! Given booking was done through a third party QEEQ and Apex both denied being able to help with a very simple alteration in plans once payment had been taken. I would never recommend using this platform again.
The staff at the rental company were very polite and proactively explained various important matters. The vehicle had high mileage, and there were occasional unexplained alerts from the car's computer. It would be better if the car condition is checked in advance by the rental company.

Keen price for an older well used vehicle with lots of little nicks and superficial paint damage. Well serviced vehicle with good mechanicals for 120,000k, ran well for the extra 7,500k we put on it and with pretty good fuel consumption. Collection and drop off service efficient and friendly. No hard sell of additional extras. All in all a good car hire experience.

Booking was easy and the option to cancel was very useful when we decided the original selected car hire company had such poor reviews elsewhere that we would change to another.
The car is in poor condition, paint scratches have been very poorly polished. The headlights are not correct and the car is not drivable in the dark.
