The car was dirty and in poor condition, shaking at speeds over 100 km/h. It was an Indian-operated rental shop. In Malaysia, Indian-operated shops are often not clean. This was the worst rental experience I've ever had overseas. The deposit was supposed to be refunded in three days after returning the car, but nothing happened even after a week.
The staff at Paradise KLIA T1 is always very polite and friendly. Very professional and efficient. It's a breeze to get car and return without any hassle. My favourite car rental company
Dislike: Could refund dep 1000rm more quickly. In city location would be mooe convenient!
