Did not meet my expectations

I was very pleasantly surprised with Routes. After reading some of the reviews, I confess having had some concerns but I found the whole process to be a very good and easy one. My checkout clerk did an exceptional job and was overbearing with requirements like I had expected. The check-in process was also very easy. The only challenge is that two rental shuttles are necessary to get there- but I was not in a hurry, so this was not a problem.

Easyrent cars found me a great deal in a market that was very expensive otherwise. It almost seemed like the deal was too good to be true ($200 less than the nearest competitor) yet it was very true with no surprises. Glad to have used them and will do so again in the future.

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

I had booked the seven-passenger van. Then I told my group to use your company for rentals. When I got to the pick-up location. Your staff said We have a 7 passenger Tacoma only. We needed space for luggage. After 30 minutes of wait, she brought the van. My group had cars reserved both got Jeep wranglers.

Desk agent upgraded our vehicle at no extra cost.
