Not very satisfied

Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

It was not immediately known that the pickup counter was away from the other airport car pickups which elongated our pickup experience. It was also not known that a 3rd party insurance would be required and costing us more money.

I would say I was pleasantly surprised with my car, the cleanliness, and the Dodge Durango was an upgrade over the Nissan Rogue I was expecting . I will definitely use Routes again and tell my friends and family !!

Car safety like collision sensor needs servicing as indicated in the dashboard otherwise its excellent experience and driving performance.

Staff are easy to deal with.
