Like: Found the vehicle last in the trip planning and still got a wonderful price. The check in was all computerized and I got to pick my vehicle from a number of choices makes and models. Really liked the whole process and very considerate personnel helping with the check in computers. And check in only took minutes. Dislike: The fuel options are confusing so filling up before returning seemed the best and least expensive option. The insurance included was something I've looked for and it was a pleasant benefit.
