Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

Rental fee is way cheaper than others, but car condition is as good as others or better. Accessing pickup location from the airport is a bit tricky. You need to take airport shuttle to Rental hub, and then call Routes office for another shuttle to the pickup location. It takes easily over 30 min. It is still worth taking time for pickup because the deal is so good. Also direct shuttle service from the dropoff location to the airport is provided after returning a car.

Have pick up from airport rather from rental terminal

The drop off was not as streamlined as other companies. Waiting in a long line of people just parking their cars, picking up rentals... workers not very friendly. The hassle of taking 2 shuttles with kids and 8 bags to collect rental vehicle in first place means I’ll prolly just use another company in future.

Like: clean fast, car was ready when i pulled in, my check out was fast and nice thx
