The car provided was exactly the same as the one booked, and the customer service during the car pick-up was excellent. The car had no issues throughout the journey. As Hertz was closed when I returned the car, I simply left the keys and the parking card in the dropbox.

De plus ils m ont compté une rayure sur le Pare-Choc arrière-droit qui était déjà présente quand j ai pris possession du véhicule
Mais comme je n avais pas envoyé la Photo ils n ont rien voulu entendre, car je m en suis rendu compte 1 H après mon départ et dans le Contrat il était stipulé qu il fallait se manifester dans les 3/4 d heures maximum pour envoyer les Photos
Du coup , j attends le verdict si je dois être facturé ou non
