Easy way to check all providers

Would be good to give time estimate to reach the Routes desk, it took me about 30 minutes to find the place.

My girlfriend and I were traveling together but staying at different locations. We came in on the same flight and were leaving on the same flight. For some reason when booking my car my pickup was later and my return was much earlier. When I was telling this to the wonderful woman at the counter she went to the trouble to look at my reservations and was able to switch to the same times as my girlfriend's times at no extra cost and there was even a car ready for me right then and there. She didn't have to do that. She could have let me sit there until my time. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

I was up graded to a Sarah jeep. I got 30 mile away and could no longer keep the jeep on the road. The front end had a problem. Even over the smallest bump it would shake uncontrollably. I called the office and was told they could not bring me another car. I should drive back slowly with my hazard lights on. I did what I was told, however I did not feel safe. I was given a car to replace the jeep. this company dose not check out there cars before they defend them. I know this for a fact. I brought back my car and it was immediately resented while I was waiting for the shuttle bus.
