The car's GPS directed us to the wrong parking lot. I parked the car in another lot and went to the counter. An African American staff member came out to help me park the car, and he was very friendly and polite.
The male staff member who handled the rental had a worse attitude, repeatedly saying we rented a B class. Only after we insisted did he change it to a 4-door car.
