If you don't have a return ticket, they say the order is invalid and won't refund your money or give you a car. They ask you to contact customer service for a refund, which has strict conditions involving other rental companies, and they charge you for the entire week if you're just a little late picking up the car. Everyone should avoid renting from this company in the future! Anyone who hasn't rented from them should be very cautious!

no. it's an old broken down vehicle that was dirty and full of snow that took forever to get and forever to return. Sucked!

Like: Didn't have to wait too long for the ride at the airport. The staff was very proficient and did not upsell anything. I had a great experience. Will choose them again.
