There was a long wait time to get the car key after the registration is complete. None of the staff cared about telling how long it is going to take to give the key.

Routes car rental is a group of people who have absolutely no Interest in customer service. They are rude beyond belief. I was there for 2 hours and witnessed 4 different parties having problems and all 4 turned away and went to a different rental company. Just do not under any circumstance go here

Pleasant to work with

Waited 30 minutes for shuttle. Arrive at location. Waited another hour. I took over 20 minutes per customer to pick up a car. Only 2 check in people. Book specifically a Wrangler Jeep. Given a boring Durango SUV. Car was very dirty on outside. I had to wait a further 15 to get it washed. Took over 2 hours from waiting for shuttle to driving off with car. Tank was completely empty. Light flashing and needle below E sign. Would not recommend Routes and question Easy Car for being associated with this company.

Kia Soul is not an equivalent to Corolla.

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
