Was a little difficult with language. We are kiwis and all staff Asian descent.
We did not really know about the 3rd party insurance arrangement. When we brought no excess insurance the thought of having to pay an excess and then claim it back sounded a little dodgy. thankfully we had no incidents.
Very bad customer service. Rudeness and don’t care for customers. Two guys didn’t know English and one guy knew English but was so rude and lazy also don’t know what he is doing. Behaving like small kids.
The pickup point was near impossible to locate. They spoke of a 'pink P" sign to stand near, but it could not be seen and was not known by airport staff we asked.(We finally saw it and it was only visable from the incoming road)
The pickup vehicle did not have any log on it, and we were finally told the last 3 digits of the registration.
I had a good experience with great rentals after reading bad reviews. Staff had good English and picked me up promptly despite lots of bad feedback. The deposit went into my account quite soon after drop off also. I would really recommend this company!
