Like: Easy pick up and return of vehicle. Dislike: The car's back door has a little problem, I have to close it really hard and still getting the warning sign. There were times I could not close it properly.
It is unreasonable to be informed of a holiday pickup fee only at the counter. I already selected a Sunday pickup when booking online; the fee should be included in the total price.
None of the staff speak Chinese, making it difficult to communicate if your English isn't good.
