Might want to provide more details on the pick up location as I spent some time to find the rental counter but only to find out that there is no counter in the airport like the other rental company. The counter is located at the carpark beside the airport terminal where all the rental cars are parked instead

Lots of scratches on the car provided and the drop off staff didn’t read the rental documents but pointing out the scratch marks which I have to tell him to look at the paper before informing me that I’ll have to pay for the damage. It’s wasting time.
Literally said it's a brand new car, totally clean and pretty ready. The counter staff was very helpful. Less than 10 min through the process of documentation and car inspection with informative guidance. Should be better if Europcar manages to have the signs within the arrival hall to the counter.
