“Great car at a great price. Customer service can improve with certain workers.”

Car was great, shuttle driver to routes was pleasant. Getting the car was busy but guy helping us was great. Returning the car was busy, and lady at the counter was very rude to everyone. Lacked customer service skills.

Dislike: The company only offered Jeep Sahara vehicle which have poor sight lines, no backup cameras and are unwieldy in a city like Chicago

Like: I got an excellent price for my rental vehicle, and they upgraded me for free. It was awesome
Dislike: There were a few things that I did not know when I rented the vehicle that I would need to show proof of, so making the customer aware of that would be appropriate
