Car space is great. Unfortunately it is not cleaned when pickup

The car is very new and excellent.

The car pickup was very smooth. The elderly lady at the reception was very cute. The rental company's price-performance ratio is very high, and the car was in great condition, much better than other well-known brands. Returning the car was also very smooth; the staff took a quick look and it was done. Since the return location is a bit far from Melbourne Airport, there was a shuttle bus to take us there. Highly recommended.

The wait time was quite long. I had reserved an SUV, but was informed I would have to wait an hour to get the car. After an hour, there was still no car available. In a rush to get to the Great Ocean Road, I had to agree to switch to a Camry. The rental fee was only slightly discounted. The car was relatively old and not very clean.

The waiting time is slow, there was only one person in front of me, but it still took a long time to get to me.

Smooth operations for pick up and drop off.

Reasonable prices would be good if the full coverage of insurance is available for cheap rates for all members not just Diamond members.
