Hello , I rented a car from budget desk from suvarnabhumi airport at 20:00 on 17th February. Your staff at front desk was very rude. She was trying to explain ‘taking photo of the fine of driving high speed brochure and send as email’. At the beginning , I didn’t understand because of Thai accent. then she started speaking with very high tone and ugly speaking sound. these girls at front deck can be more polite with Thai smile
The car was clean and new (with a bit external scratches which was ok). We waited at pick up for a bit long time since there were other customers and it seem like their staffs were busy. but overall they were very helpful.

Easy to use, reliable. I was a bit unsure since the price was super cheap and I was like "what if we can't get the car when we got there?" but everything was smooth.
