9/10. Would have been perfect had the rental been free!

I booked a sedan but got a hatchback. The service was okay, but there were long lines when picking up the car. Just so you know, you don’t have to queue when returning the car. By the way, I ran into a really frustrating issue: I booked a car with this company through Zuzuche in early February and paid the full amount, returning the car on time. But in early May, they charged me $400 without notifying me. Unreal!

It appears to be a Mexican-operated store. The company seems to have only five staff: one for driving the shuttle, one for cleaning cars, one for handing over cars, and two for customer service, making the wait time quite long. The staff is rather inflexible, requiring a translated document. I didn't need a translated document in New Zealand, the UK, or Spain. This led me to find a translator urgently. Thankfully, the translator was very accommodating and agreed to translate first and get paid after I got the car. It took just half an hour to get it done and submit it to the rental company.

They will try to get money in every way possible. Everyone was angry. Shuttle system do not work at all. Feel like a scam.

Like: The shuttle driver was very very friendly. He did not waste any time. The day we returned the vehicle. The girl was super friendly also. We have already booked our next rental with them in Sept.
