The Hobart Airport location falsely advertised having Prados when they did not. After my complaint, they removed all Prados from their listings. The star is for the service staff, who were extremely helpful.

Overall we had a great experience. We had an issue with credit/debit and load and go cards both on pick up and drop off which was inconvenient and we were given different information. It was resolved well by the staff but it was inconvenient for us as customers.
