Weren't they supposed to have Chinese-speaking customer service? But it was all in English! If I hadn't seen the Chinese, I wouldn't have booked through Zuzuche. It turned out to be cheaper locally!

The car provided was not the same as described. The cost for minor scratches was very high. The complimentary insurance was not effective.

Like: I like that the staff was around to receive the car when we pull up to the drop off area.
Dislike: We had difficulty locating for EasyRentCar counter/contact person. Then we walk up to someone with Europcar and only to find out that they are the same people/company.
