We upgraded to a bigger car when picking up, and the trunk was very spacious, as shown in pictures. There were many of the same models on the street, but the power was lacking; the car struggled uphill with four people. Due to a rescheduled flight, we returned the car earlier without any issues, paid an additional 50 MYR for the overtime fee. The staff were always available for any issues during the rental, with good service and quick responses. Both pick-up and return processes were thorough and carefully explained. Having rented cars in many countries, this was the best service in Malaysia. Hope the pre-authorization gets released soon. The fuel prices here are incredibly cheap; it would be a waste not to rent a car.

I'm happy with the service provided. The car is new (1-2 years old) and in good condition too. I rented one to drive a few hundred kilometres for a leisure trip. There are minor scratches caused by previous drivers, but these are recorded so that I don't get penalised. Overall, I will rent from Gosocar again when I need to. Thanks!
