excellent service, brand new vehicle at an unbelievable price.

The rental company's service was quite good. Upon arrival at the airport, I called them and they directed me to the pick-up location. There was no hard sell when picking up the car, and the process was quick. The car itself was satisfactory overall. However, the company didn't thoroughly clean or inspect the car before handing it over. There was trash left by previous users, and the windshield washer fluid was low after a single use, so I had to buy a bottle to refill it.

The staff are efficient and courteous. However, the pickup location for the shuttle has changed. Now it's at the international departure shuttle waiting area, no need to go underground.

The wait time at the counter was more then 2 hrs

0 customer service. I needed help to start the car at remote area they did not help me. I’m very disappointed with the service.

I thought the staff could have talked to me more directly. They seemed to think that I knew more than I really did.
