Difficult to find the rental car pick up location. No signs in airport. We walked around for 20 to 30 minutes before we found someone who knew where to direct us.
Car was good. Staff was good. Pick-up at klia2 to klia1 was good , and vice versa.
Best if they could set-up a office at klia2 for those who lands at klia2. Just a suggestion

For KLIA , there was no option to choose between klia1 & 2.
They didn't give me expected car. They featured new model of Honda City or similar but instead they gave me older vios.
