We bought the super insurance on QEEQ, so we didn't need to purchase additional insurance when picking up the car, and the staff didn't pressure us. We provided a translated driver's license from an online shop, and it worked perfectly. This is the second time within six months that we've rented from Europcar, and it has been great.
