Like: The employee told me that I could use my existing car insurance to cover the cost of vehicle insurance, which saved me $25 a day. We wound up with a brand new car, which was an unexpected perk.
Dislike: It took about 20 - 30 minutes to get everything sorted out, but for the price we wound up paying, I really shouldn't complain. I'm pretty happy all around with the experience.

“Ripped off”

Agency required us to buy insurance and other things that more than doubled the rental car price from $98 to $200 even though we brought insurance documentation. Car had no central locking, no power windows, no trunk cover. First car had a tire pressure warning light on and agency first refused to give us a proper car.
