The only setback is the car being under power but that is not the primary concern.
The service crews were excellent and they are following throught our journey to ensure we are safe and sounded.

車の状態が非常に悪い。初日はエンジンがかけられず、二日目はリモコンキーが故障し、アラームが鳴り止まず、三日目には左後輪のタイヤからスチールワイヤーが見えて、とても危険でした。

レンタカー会社自体が送って車サービス。車を取った場所も店ではなく、お客さんはずっと知らなかった。車を取りに行く日に車を取りに行くところが見つからなくて、いつも車を取りに行くと連絡していました。最後にレンタカー会社の社員が来た。彼らが遅刻しただけで私に知らせてくれなかった。
