フライトの遅れでバンコクに着くのが遅れてしまいましたが、先に香港で乗り継ぎをしたときに電話して遅れを連絡していたところ、Hertzカウンターに着くとスタッフから車がないと言われました。理由は2時間以上遅れたら保留にしないからです。問題は私のこの注文は全額前金の注文で、聞くに耐えないと言って、私は車を持って来なくても、Hertzは私に車を持ってくる責任があります。私が理屈で頑張っているうちに、後で言ったんですが、じゃ、手のギアを持ってきてくれたんですよ。僕が何のために払ったのは、屋台の金なのに、一台の腕組だったのか。最後に、何度も交渉して、ついに私に1台の自列のFortunerを渡して、しかもいつもこの車はずっとカウンターの外に止まっています!

Upon arrival, I was firmly told that the car I wanted was not available and was forced to take an 11-seater without any negotiation. I was also told that I could cancel the order. After driving to Phuket, I had to visit the Hertz office at Phuket Airport twice to finally get the model I had booked.
