The service attitude was excellent and very thoughtful. The queue arrangement was particularly reasonable.

We originally booked a Toyota RAV4, for 4 people and 3 suitcases. In reality, we had 4 people and 5 suitcases, so we upgraded to a Nissan Pathfinder. The luggage space was still insufficient, and we had to fold down the last row of seats to solve the issue. Fortunately, there were only 4 of us. The upgrade also added windshield insurance, which we accidentally accepted and ended up spending an extra thirty dollars. The car’s condition was excellent, no complaints.

The queue time was too long.
