Instructions are unclear, charged for insurance in China and again locally, consumer fraud.

The store is relatively small, staff attitude is average, they do not proactively answer questions, and there are language barriers.

The staff at the pickup location seemed quite clueless and added extra charges beyond what was on the order. The safety seat they provided was also very poor. After an accident, there was nobody at the counter to answer the phone, so I had to call the hotline number on the contract and then get transferred to the counter. Their hotline and counter staff had differing opinions on whether to call the police, and their final reimbursement response was inconsistent with what was on the contract.
